1. Introduction

1.1 kkcuci ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is an English-language online entertainment platform serving Malaysian users aged 21 and above. The Platform provides access to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products and related entertainment services.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kkcuci and each registered user ("you", "the Player" or "the Member") and apply to all access and use of the Platform, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other method.

1.3 By completing the registration process, depositing funds or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

1.4 kkcuci reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on kkcuci, used to access services, hold balances and manage transactions.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin values or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment-ownership verification process required by kkcuci before processing certain transactions.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions are denominated on this Platform.
• "Platform" means the kkcuci website at https://kkcuci.cam and all associated game, payment and support interfaces.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus) must be staked before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to the operators of the kkcuci Platform.
• "You / Player / Member" refers to the individual who has registered or is seeking to register an Account on the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on kkcuci, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

3. You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity;
4. You are not a registered self-excluded player on this Platform or any affiliated platform;
5. You have not previously had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.

3.2 Only one Account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, email, device identifier, payment method, IP address or any other means — will be treated as duplicates and closed, with any balances subject to review.

3.4 Employees and their immediate family members of kkcuci or its associated game studio partners are not eligible to hold an Account.

4. Registration and KYC Verification

4.1 All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false or misleading information — including date of birth, full name, identity document number, address or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 kkcuci may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request documentary verification of your identity, age, address or payment ownership. This process ("KYC") may include but is not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account name for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay; bank statement for Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong accounts).

4.3 kkcuci reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze Account balances or close an Account pending successful KYC completion. No funds will be released from a suspended Account until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 You consent to kkcuci retaining and processing your personal information for the purposes of account verification, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use of the Platform

5.1 You agree to use kkcuci solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation or deceptive practice directed at kkcuci or other players;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software glitches, errors or technical vulnerabilities to affect game outcomes or Account balances;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from kkcuci;
• Accessing the Platform through a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the operation of the Platform or other players' experience;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

5.2 kkcuci monitors Platform activity to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Any Account found to be involved in such activities will be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

6. Deposits

6.1 All deposits on kkcuci are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

6.2 kkcuci supports the following payment methods for deposits, subject to current availability and individual account limits:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect;
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Online Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange).

6.3 All deposited funds must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — regardless of any personal relationship — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate KYC review.

6.4 kkcuci is not responsible for fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider or payment gateway. Processing timelines published on the Platform are indicative estimates and may be affected by your payment provider's own procedures, maintenance schedules or verification processes.

6.5 If a deposit is credited in error or as a result of a technical fault, kkcuci reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit. Any winnings derived from the use of such funds before the error is corrected may be voided.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your name that corresponds to a method previously used for deposits, unless kkcuci's support team provides explicit written approval for an alternative method.

7.2 Withdrawals will not be processed until:

1. Your Account has passed all applicable KYC verification requirements;
2. All applicable Wagering Requirements attached to any accepted bonus have been fulfilled in full;
3. Your Account is in good standing with no pending investigations or restrictions.

7.3 Indicative processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes after approval;
• DuitNow / FPX: typically 5–15 minutes after approval;
• Direct Bank Wire: typically 15–60 minutes after approval.

These timelines are estimates only. kkcuci does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking systems.

7.4 kkcuci reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on any withdrawal request. In such cases, the Player will be notified and the processing timeline may be extended.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 kkcuci offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload offers and loyalty programmes. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

8.2 Bonus Funds credited to your Account are not withdrawable as cash. Only the net winnings derived from completing the applicable Wagering Requirement may be converted to a withdrawable real-money balance, subject to any applicable caps stated in the offer terms.

8.3 One promotional offer per household, IP address or device applies unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will be treated as fraud.

8.4 kkcuci reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred by Players who have accepted the relevant offer in good faith.

8.5 Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the relevant offer. Bonus Funds not used within their stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

9. Game Rules and Fairness

9.1 All casino games available on kkcuci are supplied by licensed international game studios operating under independent regulatory oversight. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and wheel-spin results conducted under studio supervision.

9.2 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative of long-term theoretical averages across all players and sessions. Individual results in any single session or over a short period may differ significantly from the stated RTP.

9.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error that renders the result of a wager uncertain, kkcuci reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account balance. 10. Responsible Gambling

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the kkcuci Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of kkcuci or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, duplication, copying, sale or resale of any content; framing or mirroring any part of the Platform; or systematic extraction of data from the Platform.

11.3 kkcuci and its associated marks are the intellectual property of the Platform operators. Unauthorised use of these marks or any confusingly similar designations is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkcuci makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness or reliability of the Platform or its content.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkcuci shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to Platform access due to maintenance, technical failure or third-party infrastructure issues;
• Losses incurred through gambling activity, whether or not resulting from a Platform malfunction;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where adequate security precautions were not maintained by you;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banks, e-wallet providers or payment gateways.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits kkcuci's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1 kkcuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is involved in, or connected to, fraudulent, collusive or unlawful activity;
• The account holder has provided false registration information;
• It is required to do so for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

13.2 Upon termination for cause, kkcuci may forfeit any remaining Account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, following completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting kkcuci support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, during which any pending wagers will be settled.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 kkcuci reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

14.2 Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, financial obligations or game fairness — kkcuci will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a Platform announcement prior to the changes taking effect.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 13.3 above.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of international online gambling regulation and general contract law. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, promotion or Account decision, you should first contact kkcuci's support team to seek an amicable resolution. kkcuci is committed to responding to all genuine disputes promptly and fairly.

15.3 kkcuci's internal decision on any dispute, made after full review of available records — including game logs, transaction histories and Account activity — shall be final and binding, except where an error of fact or a material procedural irregularity is demonstrated.
